Canceling a Service

At Levine's Web Hosting, we strive to make managing your website as easy as possible. That's why we offer the client portal to help manage various services related to hosting, digital marketing, etc. This article will provide step-by-step instructions for canceling a service through the client portal.

Via Side Menu

1. Log into the client portal at (https://levineswebhosting.com/purchase).
2. Click on "Services" and then "My Services" from the menu on the left. You should see all of your active services listed.
3. Click on the service you'd like to cancel
4. Select the red "Request Cancellation" button.
5. In the space provided, please let us know why you're canceling and any additional information you can provide which may help in our analysis of your request. If there is no reason given, cancellation may be denied until one is provided.
6. Once complete, click the "Request Cancellation" button at the bottom and your cancellation request will be submitted!

Via Services Box

For those more familiar with our client portal system, it is also possible to cancel services directly from within it:

1. Log into your client portal at (https://levineswebhosting/client) using your customer login details
2. Click the "Services" box from the four (4) boxes at the top of the page. You should see all of your active services listed.
3. Click on the service you'd like to cancel
4. Select the red "Request Cancellation" button.
5. In the space provided, please let us know why you're canceling and any additional information you can provide which may help in our analysis of your request. If there is no reason given, cancellation may be denied until one is provided.
6. Once complete, click the "Request Cancellation" button at the bottom and your cancellation request will be submitted!
7. Select View Details next to the service you would like to cancel and then choose Request Cancellation from the Actions dropdown
8. Once complete, we'll review your request and send an email confirmation once approved or denied!
